Even before 31 Years of starting of SAMPARC Organization, the Founder was associated with the most backward villages of Mulshi Taluka, on the backwater side of Mulshi Lake. Hardly 1% people had School education up to 4^th Std. It was really a challenge to change the mindset of the Tribal & Underprivileged Village Community people. It took 16 years to change the Mindset. As a result, today, SAMPARC Gramin Vidya Vikas Kendra, Bhambarde is one of the best schools & Hostel of Mulshi Taluka in Pune District.

Similarly, it was noticed that Students passing out from the nearby Village Schools never had the vision to join MNCs, Administrative Jobs, or Senior Govt. Posts. It was realized that Village Children need a standard of education opportunity equivalent to the  Urban Children. They should gain all the basic information where English Medium studies would help them to open up and grasp the information. The Founder of SAMPARC, Shri Amitkumar Banerjee took the real challenge to establish SAMPARC Abhinav & Lily English Medium Schools & Jr. College and now it has rooted nicely in the area.
